1. Study Setup and Database Management
- Support the setup of study activities, including database design, case report form (CRF) implementation, and testing of data entry screens.

2. Data Review and Cleaning
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in the clinical data management (CDM) database.
- Generate, track, and resolve data clarifications and queries.
- Review data listings for accuracy and consistency, analyzing discrepancies and implementing corrections as required.
3. Reporting and Documentation
- Produce project-specific reports for CDM management and clients regularly.
- Conduct data reconciliation for Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and third-party vendor data.
- Maintain complete documentation in line with regulatory guidelines and audit requirements.
4. Quality and Compliance
- Perform data cleaning with precision and ensure compliance with GCPs and SOPs/WPDs.
- Ensure that all tasks meet the required accuracy and turnaround time standards.
- Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
5. Collaboration and Leadership
- Provide work direction and training to junior data management staff.
- Act as the point of contact or subject matter expert for specialized study processes.
- Collaborate with global project teams, sponsors, and cross-functional departments to support clinical operations.
6. Process Improvement and Innovation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within global data management processes.
- Recommend new methods, tools, or automation techniques (including the use of Generative AI tools) to enhance efficiency and quality.
Required Education and Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in clinical data management or a similar domain.
- Candidates with equivalent education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
