Key Responsibilities

  • Provide literature data support to Medical Safety, Complaint Intake, and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) teams.
  • Summarize scientific publications to identify adverse events, risks, and safety signals.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, corporate guidelines, and international regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ophthalmic terminology, anatomy, and common eye diseases.
  • Proactively escalate safety signals, emerging trends, and potential concerns.

Minimum Qualifications
