Key Responsibilities
As an eCOA and RTSM Application Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for eCOA and RTSM systems throughout study lifecycles.
- Define functional and system requirements, edit checks, notifications, and reporting needs.
- Support eCOA design, configuration, and UAT testing in line with study protocols.
- Validate system logic, manage change requests, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with Data Management, Clinical Standards, and Vendor teams.
- Develop training materials, deliver user training, and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, GDPR, and HIPAA regulations.
- Contribute to SOP development, process optimization, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should have: Indero CRO Hiring for eCOA / RTSM Application Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience with eCOA, RTSM, EDC, IRT, or eClinical systems.
- Strong working knowledge of ePRO tools and clinical trial data workflows.
- Familiarity with CDISC standards and clinical data management principles.
- Practical experience in system configuration, UAT, and validation activities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to global clinical trials and regulatory frameworks.
