Key Responsibilities
1. Project and Site Management
- Manage assigned clinical projects in collaboration with Project Managers or Directors.
- Ensure site monitoring responsibilities are conducted according to Fortrea SOPs, ICH-GCP, and local regulations.
- Review project progress and initiate corrective or preventive actions to meet target objectives.
- Support study teams during CQC visits and other quality oversight activities for clinical trial sites.
2. Trip Report Review and Documentation
- Implement best practices in trip report review and ensure reports meet quality and compliance standards.
- Review, reconcile, and track site visit reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
- Participate in ETMF (Electronic Trial Master File) reconciliation, PD reviews, and trend analysis activities.
3. Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison between CRAs (Clinical Research Associates), CTLs, and PMs to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Communicate risks, outstanding issues, or safety concerns promptly to the study team.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Support the creation of key documentation such as Trip Report templates, PSV/SIV slide decks, and training materials.
4. Risk and Issue Management
- Proactively identify risks, deviations, or protocol issues and escalate them according to Fortrea’s issue resolution process.
- Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) development and tracking.
- Ensure project risks are communicated and mitigated effectively to maintain trial integrity and patient safety.
5. Training and Mentorship
- Train and mentor CRAs and in-house CRAs (IHCRAs) to strengthen team capabilities.
- Support the development of departmental training materials and plans.
- Review and contribute to updates of SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) as processes evolve.

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with certifications in allied health professions such as Nursing Certification, Medical Laboratory Technology, or Clinical Research from accredited institutions may also apply.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience with a strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- At least 2 years of Trip Report Review experience is preferred.
- Candidates with 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, CRA roles, or pharmaceutical research will also be considered.
Required Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements governing clinical research.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other clinical tools.
