About the Role – Site Solutions Executive (PRI)
Premier Research is currently looking for a Site Solutions Executive (PRI) to join its India Operations team in Mysuru. This position is office-based and offered as a 6-month contractual role with the potential for renewal based on project needs and performance.
As a Site Solutions Executive, you will coordinate and facilitate clinical trial activities at the study site, ensuring full compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and local regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent coordination, documentation, and organizational skills, as you’ll be working closely with the Principal Investigator (PI), sponsors, and clinical operations teams to ensure timely and efficient trial execution. Key Responsibilities
As part of the Premier Research clinical operations team, you will play an integral role in managing clinical trial activities from initiation to close-out. Your day-to-day duties will include: Premier Research Hiring for Site Solutions Executive
1. Clinical Trial Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate all clinical trial activities at the site.
- Ensure full compliance with approved study protocols, GCP standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the Principal Investigator (PI) and study team in maintaining trial quality and data integrity.
2. Data Entry and Documentation
- Perform timely data entry of Case Record Forms (CRF) or Electronic CRFs (eCRF) under PI supervision.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date Trial Master Files (TMF) and site documentation.
- Transcribe source documents and ensure verification and signature by authorized personnel.

3. Site Management and Monitoring
- Prepare and assist during site initiation, monitoring, quality assurance (QA), sponsor, and regulatory inspection visits.
- Facilitate patient visits, protocol-required assessments, and follow-ups as per the trial schedule.
- Maintain regular contact with site monitors (CRAs) regarding patient enrolment, visit scheduling, and study progress.
4. Regulatory and Ethics Compliance
- Coordinate submissions to Ethics Committees (ECs) including protocols, adverse event reports, and periodic study updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all EC communications and approvals.
- Notify Sponsor or CRO representatives of any external audits or inspections by regulatory authorities.
5. Investigational Product (IP) and Clinical Supplies Management
- Ensure timely availability of Investigational Product (IP), lab kits, and study materials.
- Maintain accurate IP accountability records and temperature logs for storage.
- Dispense IP to study subjects under the supervision of the PI in accordance with study protocol.
6. Laboratory Coordination and Data Quality
- Organize and coordinate sample collections and lab pickups as per study requirements.
- Track and ensure timely resolution of data queries and quality issues.
- Prepare regular site performance metrics and reports as per defined timelines.
7. Patient and Investigator Support
- Assist the PI in subject screening, scheduling, and enrolment to ensure timely recruitment.
- Support patient communication, awareness programs, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain a database of potential patients eligible for ongoing and upcoming trials.
8. Compliance and Audit Preparedness
- Respond promptly to audit findings and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Escalate any instances of non-compliance or misconduct to management.
- Participate in site process reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
9. Training and Development
- Complete all mandatory SOP and GCP training modules.
- Stay updated on clinical trial regulations, data privacy requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Support other site staff and contribute to a culture of quality and integrity.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or related field.
- Alternatively, a Medical (MBBS/BDS), Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Nursing, or Dental qualification.
- Candidates without formal degrees may be considered if they have at least 4 years of clinical site experience.
Experience
- Prior experience in clinical trial coordination or site management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, local regulatory guidelines, and clinical operations workflows is an added advantage.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Indian language.
