About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a global team responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of life-saving medicines through strong regulatory strategy, compliance, and lifecycle management.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Global Supply Chain, Quality, and Technical departments — to manage regulatory submissions, develop strategies, and drive sustainability initiatives aligned with GSK’s 2030 environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
As a CMC Regulatory Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include: GSK Hiring for CMC Regulatory Project Manager
- Developing and delivering global, regional, and local regulatory strategies for manufacturing and control of GSK’s medicinal products.
- Providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements, policies, and submission guidelines.
- Managing lifecycle submissions for marketed small molecules to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Collaborating across teams — including Regulatory, Development, Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing — to define efficient filing strategies.
- Ensuring continuity of product supply through proactive regulatory planning.
- Driving innovation and process improvement to respond to evolving regulatory environments.
- Sharing best practices to improve compliance, speed, and efficiency across global regulatory teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in CMC Regulatory Affairs or Product Development, including preparation of regulatory submissions for late-phase or marketed products.
- Strong understanding of drug development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of global CMC regulatory requirements and ability to manage complex submissions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.).
- RAPS Certification or equivalent professional certification in Regulatory Affairs.
- Demonstrated success in regulatory strategy implementation for global projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Recognized expertise in a specific CMC regulatory subject area.
- Proven track record of leading through change and continuous improvement.
