About the Role
Sova Health is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to join its growing team in Delhi, India. This role offers a great opportunity for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in clinical research who want to advance their careers in clinical operations, documentation, and regulatory coordination. Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Associate at Sova Health, your main duties will include: Sova Health is Hiring for Clinical Trial Associate
- Supporting the coordination and management of clinical trials from initiation to close-out.
- Maintaining and updating trial documentation, including protocols, investigator brochures (IBs), and informed consent forms (ICFs).
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assisting in regulatory submissions to ethics committees and health authorities.
- Tracking investigational product (IP) supplies and managing site logistics.
- Participating in site activation, monitoring, and maintaining communication with clinical investigators.
- Organizing team meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action points.
- Maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF) to ensure inspection readiness.
- Assisting in study budgets, contracts, and invoice processing.
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a CTA or in a similar clinical research role.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical trial operations, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO (Clinical Research Organization).
- Certification in Clinical Research (ACRP/SOCRA) is an added advantage.
Work Environment
- Mode: On-site, Delhi
- Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Timings: As per company schedule
Salary & Benefits
- Estimated Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
