🧩 Key Responsibilities
As a Project Assistant, you’ll be responsible for: Indero FRESHERS for Project Assistant / Clinical Research
- Providing administrative support for clinical study coordination and tracking.
- Maintaining project trackers, contacts, and documents in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Tracking vendor and site invoices, and reconciling them with project data.
- Organizing and managing documents in the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
- Supporting cross-functional teams with general administrative and reporting tasks.
- Managing system access requests and permissions for clinical sites.
- Updating enrollment trackers for patients (screened, randomized, or failed).
- Preparing periodic status reports and project updates.
- Coordinating training records and compliance documentation.
- Supporting regulatory documentation, site visit reports, and study close-out activities.

Education Qualification:

Experience:
