Role Overview: Quality Assurance (CSV)
As a Quality Assurance (CSV) Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that computerized systems and analytical instruments meet all regulatory, technical, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform Computerized System Validation (CSV) for analytical equipment and software systems in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols to ensure system qualification and validation.
- Prepare, review, and approve validation-related documentation such as URS, DQ, and FRS.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to address deviations and ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, QC, and Production, to manage validation projects efficiently.
- Use tools such as Labware, ERP, EMPOWER, MINITAB, HPLC, and CHROMELEON for validation, monitoring, and data analysis.
- Support internal and external audits related to CSV and data integrity.
- Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, and other regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Computerized System Validation (CSV) in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), validation documentation, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in validation tools such as Labware, ERP, EMPOWER, MINITAB, HPLC, and CHROMELEON.
- Expertise in IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, URS/DQ/FRS preparation, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
