Job Description
Clario is hiring a Project Coordinator – eCOA to support the planning, setup, and execution of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) projects. The role involves coordinating timelines, managing documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
- Support all phases of clinical studies including planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout
- Assist in database setup and study documentation development
- Coordinate and track equipment distribution for clinical trials
- Prepare study reports, manage documentation, and ensure proper archival
- Organize and document Project Assurance meetings and action items
- Support financial activities including invoice reconciliation and scope change documentation
- Track issue resolution and manage customer inquiries
- Lead specific project components as assigned
- Ensure timely completion of training and project-related documentation

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (Life Sciences preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
- Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle

- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote model from Bangalore
