Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Clinical Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Conducting on-site clinical education and consulting sessions to support Medtronic customers.
- Assisting field teams in achieving optimal patient outcomes through expert technical support.
- Partnering with the sales and regional teams to execute sales and clinical strategies.
- Participating in medical conventions, seminars, and training forums to increase product and brand awareness.
- Providing technical expertise on Medtronic products to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Collaborating with the Clinical Lead, Regional Sales, and Clinical Management teams to deliver superior customer service and clinical outcomes.
- Supporting customer case setups, troubleshooting, and on-field clinical operations.
- Identifying growth opportunities within assigned regions and assisting in implementing sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of medical technology or healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for clinical and customer support.
