1. Department: Quality Control (QC)
- Position: Executive
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Section: RM / FG / Stability
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Stability / Packaging Material samples.
- Operate analytical instruments such as LCMS, HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and Malvern 3000.
- Troubleshoot analytical instruments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
2. Department: Lab QA
- Position: Sr. Executive / Dy. Manager
- Experience: Minimum 6 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical and electronic data reviews for QC instruments (LCMS, HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Malvern 3000).
- Handle QC investigations including Lab incidents, OOS, and OOT.
- Manage regulatory audit readiness (USFDA / MHRA / other agencies).
- Ensure strict adherence to data integrity and documentation procedures.
3. Department: IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Position: Executive
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years (OSD Unit)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct IPQA activities within the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing unit.
- Operate and calibrate IPQA instruments.
- Manage QMS activities such as Incidents, Change Control, and Deviations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing quality standards.
4. Department: QA – Cleaning Validation
- Position: Manager
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years (OSD Unit)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Cleaning Validation activities for manufacturing units.
- Perform Risk Assessment and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize software tools like Trackwise and eDMS for documentation and quality tracking.
- Ensure audit readiness and continuous process improvement.
