Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS techniques.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of biological samples for clinical and preclinical studies.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and data integrity throughout the study process.
- Participate in study design, sample processing, and data interpretation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and optimize method performance when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: M.Pharm or M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of LC-MS/MS instrumentation, sample preparation, and analytical method validation.
- Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines such as FDA, EMA, and ICH requirements.
- Additional Skills: Excellent analytical reasoning, documentation accuracy, and communication skills.
