Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – SAS Programmer, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical research data analysis and regulatory submissions. Your responsibilities will include: Syngene Hiring for SAS Programmer
- Reviewing study protocols, data management plans, and Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
- Performing SAS programming for Tables, Listings, and Graphs (TLGs).
- Developing and validating CDISC-compliant SDTM and ADaM datasets.
- Supporting Phase I–IV clinical trial deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborating with biostatistics and biometrics teams to ensure accurate outputs.
- Performing data validation, quality checks, and audit readiness activities.
- Supporting regulatory submissions and internal process compliance.
- Executing any additional tasks as assigned by the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences or an equivalent degree in a related field.
- SAS Programming Certification is mandatory.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in SAS Base, SAS Macros, and SAS/SQL.
- Working knowledge of R programming and Pinnacle 21 tools.
- Experience in handling clinical trial data, especially pharmacokinetic studies.
- Strong understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent documentation, data integrity, and programming validation skills.
Experience Required:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAS programming and clinical data analysis within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
Behavioral Competencies:

- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
