Role 1: Contracts Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage clinical research and pharma-related contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and agreements.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ICH/GCP, and company policies.
- Support contract negotiations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in contracts or proposals (preferably pharma/clinical research).
- Degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, or BSc (Life Sciences).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Role 2: SSO Contracting Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SSU Managers and Team Leads on country-level study start-up strategy.
- Prepare, execute, and manage clinical contracts including PI, site, institution, MSAs, and vendor agreements.
- Track and monitor contract status including dispatch, follow-up, and return.
- Negotiate financial and legal terms, escalating complex issues where required.
- Act as the single point of contact for local Legal and ERC regarding reimbursement and related matters.
- Develop and standardize local contract templates and agreements.
- Ensure adherence to ICH/GCP, SOPs, IRB/IEC, and Health Authority regulations.
- Implement innovative contracting solutions aligned with client strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Prior experience in clinical contracts, SSU, or regulatory operations preferred.

- Good understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
