Key Responsibilities
- Identify patient anomalies and ensure medical plausibility and data congruency as per study protocols.
- Provide project management support to clinical study teams, ensuring continuous process improvements and efficient data review.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage issue escalation and workload distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Track performance metrics, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for medical review and data validation processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance and quality issues.
- Provide therapeutic area-specific training to clinical project teams.
- Participate in kick-off meetings, weekly progress discussions, and client meetings as required.
- Continuously explore ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality of deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Education: MBBS with at least 2 years of experience, or MD (any specialization) – freshers may apply.
- Strong understanding of clinical and medical data, including medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Prior experience in clinical data sciences within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Must demonstrate an operational focus with attention to data metrics, accuracy, and quality control.
